Originally a graphic design major, Chelsee Husk has an appreciation for precision styling that borders on perfectionism. Her own hair is done with such skill, she occasionally gets asked if she’s wearing a wig; which is how she transitioned from graphic design to hairstyling. While in school, she worked as a salon receptionist. The salon’s stylists were so impressed with her DIY hair, they encouraged her to make it a career - so she did. Today, she specializes in chemical services, like Brazilian Blowouts, and loves doing color and dry cuts. Ironically, the girl who’s been doing hair even before she got her license, owns two hairless Sphynx cats named Lux and Grim.

NICOLE K. SHAFER
With a passion for adventure, travel, exploration, and a great pair of scissors, Nicole K. Shafer's evolution to stylist was a natural progression. From the age of 14 (the age of 5 if you count the ambush trims she gave herself, mom, friends, and phone cord), she loved to cut hair. She's an OC native who began her career here at 19, then moved to Chicago at 21 to continue her hairstyling career. Having returned to Orange County, Nicole is using her well-honed skills to color, cut and style. Taking inspiration from the world around her, Nicole loves to work with talented people who help her to push her skills farther; and travel to foreign destinations that help her to expand her understanding of the world.
